Agreement
Your use of the features of the Members Only Area of this Web site and your participation in The Leading Mentors Publishing and Marketing Program and other offers from Mission Publishing are governed by these Terms of Use, as well as your other agreements with Mission Publishing, including your Publishing Mentor Agreement, which is incorporated herein. By using this Members Only Area, you agree to abide by all of these terms and conditions, as they may be updated from time to time. You also agree that your use of the Members Only Area will be solely for your personal and professional use in connection with your enrollment in Mission Publishing's Leading Mentors Publishing and Marketing Program. You agree not to allow others to use your user name and password.

Use of Materials
The materials available in the Members Only Area are for your benefit. Your use of these materials is governed by the license in your Publishing Mentor Agreement. All original content and materials available in the Members Only Area are the property of Mission Publishing. They may not be used apart from the license or the express prior written permission of Mission Publishing.

Content
The Members Only Area of this Web site will be evolving during the course of the Program, and updates and modifications to the pages will be made from time to time. During these times of development, revisions, and updates, access to the Members Only Area may be unavailable. Mission Publishing may also remove, edit, move or close any forum or discussion group topic at any time as it deems appropriate.

Communications With Others
When communicating with other members, Program participants, coaches, Mission Publishing staff, and the experts, specialists and vendors associated with Mission Publishing in the forums, message boards, other communication opportunities of the Members Only Area, and in all other aspects of the Program and other offers from Mission Publishing, you agree that you will treat others with respect and not use nor post language or material which involves "gossip" or which would be offensive or derogatory to others, including any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented language or material generally, or directed at others specifically. Also, your communication (by email, in Forums, by phone, etc.) with Mission Publishing staff, including the coaches, should be in accordance with your Program parameters, not be excessive, unreasonable or off-topic, and not exceed more than one such communication in any given week during the Program. Mission Publishing will immediately suspend or cancel your use of the Members Only Area and your participation in the Program and other offers from Mission Publishing if it deems you have significantly abused the privileges of the Members Only Area or have not adhered to your agreement to abide by these Terms of Use in connection with your participation in the Program and other offers from Mission Publishing. You further agree not to use any of the e-mail addresses found on this site for the purposes of sending direct, unsolicited advertising or "spam" or distributing those e-mail addresses to any third party.

Disclaimer
Mission Publishing does not guarantee (apart from the guarantee specified in the Publishing Mentor Agreement) any results or success as a result of your use of the Members Only Area or your participation in the Program and other offers from Mission Publishing. If through your use of the Members Only Area or your participation in the Program, or other Mission Publishing offers, you choose to do business with any of other users of the Members Only Area, or any of the experts, specialists, vendors, or others you may be introduced through such use, it is entirely at your own risk.

Conflict Resolutions
As set forth in the Publishing Mentor Agreement, you agree to submit any unresolved conflicts with Mission Publishing to arbitration. Any claim shall be deemed to be an individual claim unless Mission Publishing, in its sole discretion, determines that more than one claim should be consolidated, joined, or proceed as a class arbitration.
